There are two separate share classes called Life Fund and Indian Entrepreneur Fund (IEF) within IEOF which are commingled NAV based offerings for retail and institutional investors.

Segregated accounts designed for institutions, family offices and ultra high net worth investors are available for participation at a defined minimum investment threshold across any of the aforesaid share classes/ offerings.

Typically the segregated accounts are constituted in line with the defined model for each share class in order to reflect a common portfolio, theme and character.
